Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $150
The Process

From the workshop to your door

A direct line between maker and wearer. No warehouse in between.

01

You Choose

Browse the collection. Every piece names the artisan who made it, the village it comes from, and the technique behind it. Take your time.

02

We Order

Your order is sent directly to the workshop and the artisan is paid in full before production begins. No advances, no waiting on delivery — they have the money up front.

03

It Ships

The maker hand-finishes your piece, often within seven to ten days. It then travels through our consolidated shipping route in Lima, fully insured, with tracking from workshop to your door.

04

Maker Paid

The artisan keeps sixty percent of every sale — many times the regional rate. We publish the price breakdown on every piece so you know exactly where your money went.

Materials

What we work with

Sterling Silver

925 sterling, much of it reclaimed from old workshop scrap and antique pieces. Soft enough to be hand-hammered, strong enough to last a lifetime.

Recycled Bronze

Bronze reclaimed from decommissioned mining tools in Bolivia. A quiet kind of repair — turning extraction into ornament.

Hammered Brass & Gold

Worked in the four-hundred-year-old jewelry tradition of Otavalo. Warm tones, deep patina, and the unmistakable texture of the hammer.

Questions

Shipping & care

How long does shipping take?

Most pieces are hand-finished and shipped within 7–10 business days from the workshop. International delivery takes a further 5–7 days. You'll receive tracking the moment it leaves the maker's hands.

Is shipping really free?

Worldwide shipping is complimentary on all orders over $150, fully insured. Smaller orders ship for a flat $12.

What is your return policy?

You have thirty days to return any unworn piece for a full refund. We cover return shipping. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

How do I care for my piece?

Store dry, away from sunlight. Polish silver with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes and chlorinated water. Patina is part of the story.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes. Write to us at hello@terraalma.com with what you have in mind and we'll match you with the right artisan. Lead times run 4–6 weeks.
